 DOUG PECORE  A fifth generation Texan, Doug Pecore was born and raised in Houston and graduated from Lamar High School. He received engineering degrees from New Mexico Tech and Texas A & M. Doug worked at Phillips Petroleum Company until 1994, returning to A & M for an MBA. He worked as a financial analyst for the power generation and pipeline sectors before returning to ConcocoPhillips as a reservoir engineer in 2005. His primary fields are all located in the southern Permian Basin, not far from Marfa. Doug wins the prize for multitasking, having served as Junior Warden of Trinity Church and managing his family ranch near Bryan, in addition to his full-time job. He lives in Houston with his lovely wife Paige, two young sons Wilkin and Henry, and an aspiring musician daughter, Brittany. Doug brings a multitude of skills to our team, overseeing the financial, legal and business aspects of Padre's Marfa. |
